We are aware of an issue affecting CityFibre lines – this appeared to start about 2:30am and some lines are seeing increased latency and Packet Loss causing slowness and drop outs on the lines.

Cityfibre have accepted our report and a Major Service Issue has been raised their side. They are working hard to identify and resolve the issue. We will update this post as soon as we know more
