We are seeing a repeat of the issue from Saturday with a number of Virgin Media links flap multiple times. This includes a NNI for some leased lines and one of our links between Huntingdon and Manchester

Virgin are working to resolve this working with the network team here – however this issue is causing a loss of resilience for Manchester and Huntingdon

Virgin are continue to work on the issue here and have ordered additional spare parts to replace failed hardware on their network – we are expecting an update shortly and will update as we know more. At this point we don’t believe the issue has any customer impact but we do have reduced resilience on our network
